Agreement to these Terms

Simply viewing a public page on this site does not, on its own, create a binding agreement. Where a specific feature requires acceptance of these Terms, using that feature indicates your agreement to the Terms that apply to it.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use features that require acceptance of them.

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal right that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement.

What IPRevealed provides

IPRevealed provides:

  • Technical information
  • Educational explanations
  • Network and browser signal analysis when relevant features are enabled
  • Context about IP addressing, routing, DNS, browser exposure and public reputation data

This description reflects the intended scope of the service. It does not claim that every capability listed here is currently available; current availability is described in the next section.

Current service status

At the date shown above, the full public connection diagnostic described on the site is not enabled.

  • No public account system currently exists.
  • No paid subscription currently exists.
  • No public commercial API currently exists.
  • No payment processing currently occurs.

These Terms must be reviewed and updated before accounts, paid products, subscriptions, commercial APIs or additional diagnostic services are introduced.

Technical limitations

  • Public IP geolocation is approximate.
  • IPv4 and IPv6 can produce different observations.
  • VPN and proxy indicators are probabilistic.
  • Public reputation records may be incomplete, outdated or associated with previous users.
  • Shared and reassigned IP addresses do not identify one individual.
  • Browser signals do not identify a person by themselves.
  • DNS results can vary by network, browser and resolver configuration.
  • No single signal proves identity, intent or wrongdoing.

Results must be interpreted in context and should not be treated as a definitive or exhaustive assessment.

User responsibilities

When using this site, you are asked to:

  • Provide accurate information when voluntarily contacting the site
  • Use the site lawfully
  • Review important findings independently
  • Avoid relying on a result as definitive proof
  • Protect your own credentials and systems
  • Respect the rights and privacy of others

This site does not require unnecessary personal data to be provided.

Prohibited uses

When using this site, you must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Interfere with the availability of the site
  • Circumvent rate limits or security controls
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, discriminate against or falsely accuse a person
  • Present an estimated result as verified identity evidence
  • Use results as the sole basis for a high-impact decision
  • Carry out bulk extraction that materially degrades the service
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with IPRevealed

Automated access

  • Ordinary search-engine crawling may occur according to the site’s published technical controls.
  • robots.txt does not create a commercial license.
  • Excessive scraping or automated requests that harm availability may be restricted.
  • A future public API will have separate, documented limits and terms.
  • No public commercial API is currently available.

Accessibility tools and ordinary browser functionality are not restricted by this section.

Third-party services

  • The site may link to external resources.
  • External services operate under their own terms and policies.
  • A link does not automatically constitute endorsement.
  • IPRevealed cannot control third-party content or availability.

Intellectual property

The site’s original written content, theme design, interface components, graphics, custom illustrations, reports, code, brand elements and documentation may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may make ordinary personal use of the public website, link to public pages, and quote limited portions where legally permitted and appropriately attributed.

IPRevealed does not claim ownership over public facts, IP addresses, standards, protocols, third-party trademarks, or material submitted by users.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution of substantial proprietary content from this site is prohibited where applicable.

Feedback

  • Visitors may voluntarily submit technical or editorial feedback.
  • Feedback does not transfer ownership of the visitor’s pre-existing intellectual property.
  • IPRevealed may use general suggestions to improve the service, where legally permitted.
  • Confidential or proprietary material should not be submitted through the normal Contact form.

Availability and changes

  • The site may change, suspend or remove features.
  • Maintenance or technical failures may affect availability.
  • No uninterrupted-availability promise is made.
  • Material legal changes to these Terms are reflected in the displayed revision date.

Because no paid service currently exists, these Terms do not reserve a right to unilaterally change paid contractual terms. If a paid service is introduced in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Information is provided for general technical and educational purposes.
  • Results may contain errors, delays or incomplete data.
  • The service does not provide legal, financial or professional security certification.
  • Users should independently verify high-impact decisions.
  • No result guarantees anonymity, security, safety or regulatory compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IPRevealed is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by unreasonable reliance on incomplete or estimated information provided through the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes how contact information is processed, how infrastructure logging and security processing work, how long information may be retained, and what privacy rights are available.

The Privacy Policy is not yet published. A link will be added here once it is published and content-complete.

Applicable rules and disputes

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws and mandatory rules that apply to the relationship between the user and the site operator. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before beginning formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact contact@iprevealed.com so the matter can be reviewed.

Changes to these Terms

The displayed “Last updated” date will change whenever these Terms materially change.

For future account-based or paid services, an appropriate notice mechanism must be implemented before a change affects users of that service.

Continued passive browsing of public pages does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of every future change.

Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Contact page or sent to contact@iprevealed.com.
